Did you know that many times, we just accept what is being taught, instead of doing our own study ~ research.
And, how many times do we have questions, but are afraid to ask?
And, how many times do we have questions, but are afraid to ask?
Well, I am one to ask! Not afraid to question ~ after all, fear is what we need to overcome! Perfect/complete Love cast out fear!
Let us start out by asking relevant questions ~ I think you will agree that these questions are important ones.
Questions such as:
God: What, or Who is God?
Who is Jesus? Who is Christ?
Who is Holy Spirit?
Did Jesus really resurrect from the dead?
Why are we here?
Where are we going ~ if anywhere?
Will we resurrect from the dead? And if so ~ will it be physical, or spiritual.
Is there a Rapture, Tribulation, Coming of Jesus with the saints, and a Kingdom to come ~ or, is the Kingdom here now?
Why would God "allow" anyone to go to a place called hell?
Is hell a literal place? Is it the grave? Is hell (also) a garbage dump that was outside Jerusalem?
Is hell a torturing, tormenting, agonizing, place of fire ~ where no one ever gets out?
Is heaven a place of walls of jasper, gates of pearl, street or streets of gold?
Wow, this is (already) a lot to ponder. These are the type of questions that I have ask through out my journey on Earth.
Did you know, that the most challenging thing for some of us ... is to UN-learn what we have already been conditioned to believe.
So many beliefs ~ so many religions ~ so many denominations > All saying that they are right. What is Truth? Is there one way? Which way is it? What is The Way?
Is "God" angry with the Human Race? Is "He" going to pour out "His" wrath upon Mankind?
Or, is "God's" Loving Mercy which endures forever ~ given US all things (NOW) that pertain unto Life and Godliness?
Sometimes, we have to think ~ re-think ~ and willing to change our minds on a few things ~ even, a lot of things we have heard. But, this is part of our learning, and growing ~ and part of our journey on earth. After all, we don't want to hold to some idea that isn't correct ~ do we?
